WRIST SIZING

To measure your wrist for the best fit of a watch, measure tightly where your wrist is broadest.

Measure your wrist with a flexible, soft tape measure just below the wrist bone (between your hand and the wrist bone). This is your actual wrist size, not watch size. To now find your watch size, add approximately 1/4 inch up to 1 inch (1/2 inch is average) to your actual wrist size. The more you add to your actual wrist size, the longer the watch will be and the lower it will hang down onto your hand.
